Anne Hathaway and Dwayne Johnson Honoured With Disney Legends Award
Hollywood stars Anne Hathaway and Dwayne Johnson have been named recipients of the prestigious Disney Legends Award for 2026, recognising their outstanding contributions to The Walt Disney Company. The award celebrates artists and creative leaders whose work has had a lasting impact on Disney’s legacy and influence around the world.
Anne Hathaway is being celebrated for her memorable performances in films such as The Devil Wears Prada 2, while Dwayne Johnson is honoured for his work both in live-action films and as a voice actor, including his portrayal of Maui in Moana. Their dedication and talent have left a mark on Disney audiences of all ages.
This year’s class of Disney Legends also includes producer Jerry Bruckheimer, former Disney CEO Bob Iger, animator Eric Goldberg, performer Susan Egan, Imagineering veteran Kim Irvine, songwriter Lin‑Manuel Miranda, the Jonas Brothers, broadcaster Chris Berman, and actor Alan Tudyk. Together, they represent a diverse group of creatives whose contributions continue to shape Disney’s storytelling and experiences.
