Influencer Brianna LaPaglia has spoken candidly about how her past relationship with country singer Zach Bryan affected her life and the people around her. On the The Skinny Confidential podcast, the 26-year-old described the dynamic of the romance she had with Bryan from July 2023 until their breakup in October 2024. LaPaglia said the relationship took a heavy emotional toll not only on her but also on her friends and family, who began to notice changes in her behaviour as the relationship progressed.
During the discussion, she explained that she became more withdrawn and less like her usual outgoing self. LaPaglia said there were times when she felt she was not allowed to fully be herself or speak freely, and that this “toxic” environment left those close to her walking on eggshells. She said the strain was clear when even her family and friends no longer recognised her personality the way they once did.
Since their split, LaPaglia has talked about enjoying her single life and exploring a period of self discovery. She said being single has given her space to rediscover her own identity and the things she enjoys, from spending time with friends to making her own decisions without pressure. She acknowledged that being on her own for the first time in years has been both freeing and fun, and that she is focused on learning more about who she is outside of that past relationship
