Chrissy Teigen Credits Carl Radke for Helping Her Recommit to Sobriety
Teigen explained that she was sober for over a year before allowing herself to drink again, promising it would be in a “mindful” way. She said she wanted to enjoy a glass of wine on special occasions like date nights with husband John Legend and celebrations. But over time her drinking became more frequent and eventually made her feel unwell and stuck in old patterns.
After speaking with Radke on her podcast, Teigen made the decision to stop drinking again, and said she is 52 days sober with no desire to go back. She wrote that this second attempt at sobriety feels different and more grounded, and that she’s grateful to Radke for his honesty and encouragement.
