The 40-year-old singer and rapper was barely recognisable during his latest appearance.

On Tuesday, October 21, the country star was spotted at Sydney Airport, arriving to kick off his first-ever Australian headlining tour.

Once weighing 550 lbs., Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason Bradley DeFord, has reportedly shed nearly 200 lbs. since 2022 as part of an ongoing health journey.

During the latest sighting his transformation was more evident than ever as he touched down in Australian city, bringing him closer to his ultimate goal.

The Best For Me singer has openly shared his ambitious target that is to grace the cover of Men’s Health, a magazine famous for featuring ultra-fit stars like David Beckham and John Krasinski.

“I wanna be on the cover of Men’s Health by March of 2026,” he revealed during an appearance on his wife Bunnie Xo’s Dumb Blonde podcast in December 2024. “That’s my new goal. I wanna have one of the biggest transformations.”

Along his weight loss journey the I am Not Okay singer had to battle with several problems including his food addiction.

In addition to adding exercise to his lifestyle, Jelly Roll has said he needed to overcome a food addiction, changing the way he “looked at food for the last 39 years.”
