Justin Bieber wants Hailey’s money to pay Scooter Braun?
Justin Bieber decides to settle down things with his ex manager Scooter Braun
Hailey Bieber reportedly will not be using money from the sale of her company, Rhode, to help pay off her husband Justin Bieber’s debt to Scooter Braun’s former company, Hybe.
On Thursday, a representative for Hailey clarified that the model had no involvement in Justin’s financial matters and dismissed claims that he was waiting for Rhode’s funds to settle his outstanding dues.
The statement came after a report by TMZ suggested that the music icon did not currently have the cash to repay a loan to Hybe or millions in back commissions to Braun.
However, the report claimed that he would not make those payments until the Rhode deal was closed and fully funded.
The father of Jack previously canceled his Justice tour in 2022 and after that, Hybe America helped him repay twenty six million dollars of a forty million dollar advance he earlier received from concert promoter AEG.
Last week, TMZ reported that Justin agreed to pay Hybe back over a ten year period.
Furthermore, he allegedly stopped making payments after the first installment. Braun also stated in the past that Justin owed him several million dollars in unpaid commissions.
According to sources, Justin now has agreed to settle the mater and he will pay Hybe the full twenty six million dollars.
In a revised deal, the Peaches hitmaker will only pay half of the eleven million dollars his ex manager said he was owed.
Despite online speculation, there is no link between the fashion icon’s business earnings and the singer’s settlement. Her spokesperson confirmed that Rhode’s funds would not be used for any part of the repayment.
Hailey was not involved in the financial arrangement between Justin and his former manager.
