Kelley Wolf is speaking out following her hospitalization.

The life coach, 48, shared multiple posts to Instagram late on Thursday, June 19, and made a series of claims, including that she “initiated” the split between her and her husband Scott Wolf “almost a year ago.”

In her first post, Kelley claimed that a few months ago “a small but very vocal group” of friends “had me held against my will.”

Kelley went on to say that her friends’ reason was because they were “worried” about her. Her response? “Wow. F— them.”

“They called the cops from a beach town in Florida or somewhere seaside… while sipping cocktails,” she wrote in the Instagram post. “That’s not love. That’s control.”

“What happened was legal. But it wasn’t right,” Kelley continued. “And it should never be that easy to weaponize concern—especially against women.”

Kelley was detained and handcuffed by sheriffs in Utah County, Utah, on June 13. That same day, she was taken to a local hospital. The incident came three days after she revealed her split from husband of 21 years, Party of Five star Scott, 57, in an Instagram post.

In another post, Kelley claimed, “Apparently, I’m also one of the strongest women a certain mental hospital has ever met.”

Without naming the healthcare facility where she was, Kelley added, “I was offered medication. I refused every single one. I laid in bed for five days—sober, clear, and calm.”

As for the current state of her marriage to Scott, Kelley claimed she “initiated a separation almost a year ago” and has been “trying to file for divorce for months,” claiming, “delays with legal counsel slowed the process.”

“Yes, the official petition came from the other party, but let the record show: I’ve been grieving this marriage for years,” she continued.

A representative for Scott did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment on June 20.

The mother of three also wrote that being single is “surprisingly great,” adding, “But one day, I might get married again.”

As for her current plans, Kelley said, “I’ll be by the pool. With my kids. Living my actual, beautiful, grounded, powerful life.”

“And if you feel the need to “check” on someone? Try literally anyone else. Just not me. And definitely not my kids,” she added. “I reserve the right to pursue any legal action necessary to protect my family, my name, and my peace.”

Kelley and Scott share three children together: Lucy, Miller and Jackson.

Three days after the June 10 announcement of their split, an unknown caller (whose name was also redacted) made a 911 call from Scott and Kelley’s home in Park City, Utah. The caller reported to authorities that there was a “family fight,” in audio previously obtained by PEOPLE.

That same day, Kelley’s friend called 911 and claimed she was experiencing an “escalating mental health crisis.” The friend described Kelley as “very skittish” and “very anti getting help.” She noted that she thought “a team needs to go and insist that [Kelley] get help.”

“I do not think she will cooperate,” the friend added. “I mean we’ve been trying to get her to get some help for weeks to months.”

Kelley was then detained and admitted to a local hospital, authorities confirmed in a statement to PEOPLE. Kelley also uploaded a video to her Instagram profile capturing the moment that police officers arrived to take her to the hospital.

“This is shameful, gentlemen,” Kelley told the officers. One of the officers then told her she’s “not going to jail” and that they are going to get her “some help,” and she responded, “I know what I’m doing, I’ve done this. This is my job.”

The officer then said that Kelley had “made some comments to your dad and comments to people that are concerning,” so they “want to make sure you’re okay.”
