Kelly Stafford is opening up about her “mommy makeover.”
The 36-year-old wife of NFL star Matthew Stafford didn’t shy away from sharing which procedures she’s gotten done while talking with her plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher on the May 26 episode of her podcast The Morning After.
Sharing that she first visited Dr. Fisher in 2021, one year after the birth of her fourth daughter, Kelly detailed her plastic surgery.
“I had my boobs redone, and you also did the tummy tuck, and you put back together my abs,” Kelly told Dr. Fisher.

Kelly urged other moms who were interested in the procedures not to wait until their kids were all grown.
“You wanna kinda do it when you still have that urge to feel sexy,” she said. “These women — as I felt — you have a kid or you’ve had multiple children, and you haven’t really felt like yourself since before you had kids. And so there is that just like, I’m done [having kids]. Let me go get set. Like, let me go feel like myself.”
Kelly and Matthew, who is the quarterback for the Los Angeles Rams, are parents to twins Sawyer and Chandler, 8, Hunter, 6, and Tyler, 4.
In April, the couple celebrated their 10-year wedding anniversary with Kelly posting a sweet tribute to Matthew on Instagram.

“10 years in and my heart feels so full,” she captioned her post. “Couldn’t imagine loving you more, but I know over the next decade, that’s exactly what’s gonna happen. Happy anniversary John Matthew Stafford.”
And while she cherished the special anniversary, Kelly also got candid about the highs and lows of marriage during a podcast episode back in April.
“Marriage is f—— hard,” she explained on the episode. “Anyone who tells you differently is f—— lying through their teeth… It becomes tougher and tougher with the more things thrown your way. [Marriage is about] communication and evolving with [your partner]. Fighting’s okay as long as you fight the right way and you can give that space for them to be vulnerable and not to judge [them].”
