President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will deliver the State of the Nation Address (SONA2023) today in Parliament at 10 am.
The president is expected to touch on so many critical sectors of the economy, which has suffered a massive decline over the years. President Akufo Addo will also touch on the IMF bailout and the debt cancellation negotiations involving China and other donor partners,
The address is in accordance with Article 67 of the 1992 Constitution, which states that the President shall deliver a message on the State of the Nation to Parliament at the start of each session and before the dissolution of Parliament.
