Princess Eugenie returns to New York as peace talk with Harry begins
Princess Eugenie's appearance in New York fuels King Charles mission rumours
Princess Eugenie’s appearance in New York City left fans guessing about ongoing peace talk between Prince Harry and King Charles.
The Princess of York returned to the city to attend friend’s wedding after spending two years living in the city. However, Eugenie’s bonding with the Duke gave people reason to think as she was on mission from the monarch.
Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson’s youngest daughter, 35, attended Australian actress Phoebe Tonkin’s wedding to Bernard Lagrange in May, with photos only becoming available this week.
Princess Beatrice’s sister re-wore her green stunning garment that she originally donned at the Duke of Westminster’s wedding in 2024. The lavish event took place in New York City, where Eugenie lived from 2013 to 2015 after graduating from university.
The royal mother-of-two studied History of Art at Newcastle University and currently works as the director of the art gallery, Hauser & Wirth.
Roy fans loved Eugenie’s decision to re wear her dress, with one saying: “I love this dress on Eugenie – she looks lovely. The bride is beautiful too.”
Another wrote: “Good for her! No need of new clothes for every occasion.”
A third commented: “I love how happy she is for the bride.”
Finally, someone posted: “I recognised that dress straight away.”
However, some others believe she met Harry during the event and tried to convince the King’s message of reconciliation as the two royal cousins enjoyed strong bond before the Duke’s shocking move of stepping down as senior royal and relocated to the US with his wife Meghan Markle and their two children, Archie and Lilibet.
Eugenie’s photos emerges after King Charles’ communications chief allegedly took control at a secret peace summit held with Prince Harry’s team.
Loyal aides for both camps met at a London private members’ club to discuss the estranged father and son, with sources suggesting the meeting was a significant step toward reconciliation.
It reported after two of Harry’s advisors, Meredith Maines and Liam Maguire – who runs the Sussexes’ UK PR operation – were seen seated around a table with the King’s communications secretary, Tobyn Andreae.
