Brooks Nader Explains Why She Quit Fillers And Embraced A More Natural Look

Model and reality television personality Brooks Nader has opened up about the personal decision that led her to stop getting cosmetic fillers after years of using them. At 28 years old the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit star spoke candidly about how her views on beauty and self image changed over time and why she ultimately chose to embrace a more natural version of herself.

In a recent interview with US Weekly Nader admitted that when she first began using fillers as a teenager she was “chasing perfection.” She said that at age 18 she started getting injectable cosmetic enhancements and over the years the look became something she felt she needed in order to feel confident. As she grew older however Nader began to question that choice and how it was affecting her self perception.

After dissolving all the injectables she had received over the past decade Nader explained that she feels more comfortable and authentic. Rather than constantly maintaining an altered appearance she said she wanted to return to a look that truly represented who she is now. She has shared photos and posts on social media celebrating her “authentic self” and reflected on how positive the response has been from friends fans and followers who appreciate her openness.

The model also revealed that getting comments about her appearance in the past made her more aware of how perception can shape confidence. She joked about often hearing remarks suggesting she looked older and said that removing the fillers helped her feel more like her true self again. Despite the vulnerability required to publicly reverse a cosmetic choice Nader has been pleasantly surprised by the supportive messages she has received.

Her decision highlights a growing trend among public figures to rethink beauty standards and share honest conversations about body positivity self acceptance and the pressures of the modeling world. By choosing to dissolve her fillers Nader says she has reclaimed a sense of confidence that feels natural and empowering.
